Project Summary

AGAI TMS is an end-to-end Transport Management System built for businesses engaged in international buying and selling. The platform optimises the entire supply chain lifecycle: from freight procurement and carrier rate management, through booking and shipment execution, to financial transaction validation and customs compliance.

Designed around a vendor-managed data model, AGAI TMS enables carriers, forwarders, and customs brokers to update shipment data directly into the platform, while the client organisation retains full operational control, visibility, and decision-making authority.

The system provides real-time dashboards, configurable reporting, and audit-grade traceability across every transaction, with enterprise-level data security built into its architecture.
